The Amazing FundRACER is food for the soul. It is joy and togetherness and community. No other event in Montclair provides a creative way to bring adults together to play for a day while involving the entire community and celebrating our town’s hidden - and not-so-hidden gems.   The FundRACER is fueled by supporters like you who believe that public schools matter now more than ever - for our own kids and for EVERY kid. We race FOR THEM.

MFEE has been hard at work cultivating the key ingredients that nurture a high-quality integrated public school system for all kids.  We holistically support students through programs that not only boost their academic experiences but also take care of their social/emotional health.  Our programs like Teacher Learning Communities cultivate high quality teaching with instructional coaching and our Educator Grants fuel teachers’ innovative ideas.  We offer parents with much-needed resources and connection through free conferences like Life After High School and You Got This and peer support groups like Navegadores Escolares. And we address educational racial inequities through community programs like Learning Circles on Race and our school-based Excellence in Equity grants. We have done a lot...but our work is far from done.
